Specialised Home-Based Assistance for a Child
Specialised Home-Based Assistance for a Child in the NT
Children with complex disability needs often benefit from support that’s more highly trained than general daily assistance. Specialised Home-Based Assistance provides exactly that, in the home, right across the Northern Territory.
At Insight Coordination, our support workers bring higher-level training to daily routines. That includes complex personal care such as bathing, dressing and medication routines, delivered safely and consistently.
We also focus on skill-building and positive behaviour support. Workers help foster independent daily living and self-care skills, and implement strategies that support positive behaviour at home.
This support is designed around the child’s routine and the family’s needs. Consistency matters, so we work to build familiarity and trust between the child and their support worker over time.
We support families across the Territory whose children have permanent and significant disability. No job is too big or too small, and our mission is to provide accessible, quality coordination that helps you, your family and your carers reach a healthier and higher quality of life.
