Employment Therapy
Employment Therapy and Job Support in the NT
Finding and keeping the right job takes more than a resume. Employment Therapy gives you assessment, coaching and practical support at every stage, right across the Northern Territory.
At Insight Coordination, we start with an employment-related assessment. That looks at your strengths, identifies any barriers and outlines the workplace adjustments that could help, often delivered by an occupational therapist or other allied health professional.
From there, we build practical job-seeking skills. That covers resume writing, interview preparation, job coaching and social skills training aimed at the workplace.
For younger participants, we support School Leaver Employment Supports, helping you move from school into work with tailored guidance. Once you’re in a role, ongoing mentoring, on-the-job training and workplace support help you settle in and stay employed.
Support workers and job coaches provide hands-on, day-to-day help to build your work skills, learn to travel to and from work, and understand what’s expected of you on the job. No job is too big or too small, and our mission is to provide accessible, quality coordination that helps you, your family and your carers reach a healthier and higher quality of life.
