Our Mission
At Insight Coordination, we are dedicated to improving quality of life, through providing high-level, expert support to NDIS participants with Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Level 2 and/or Level 3 Support Coordination funding.
Currently, we support all participants with permanent and significant disabilities, inclusive of intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive, or psychosocial across the Northern Territory.
Our level 2 Support Coordinators, assist our participants by project managing tasks to resolve barriers, navigate mainstream services inclusive of assisting with public housing, engaging and coordinating with health providers, provide assistance to families and associated informal supports and build capacity for independence to promote increased choice and control.
Our level 3 Specialist Coordinators, can assist participants with
complex needs, such as complex paediatric support, justice involvement, severe mental health or crisis situations, Kinship or custodial arrangements by navigating barriers, and implementing structure, security and long term, goal based supports.
Our Psychosocial Coaches provide assistance for participants to build capacity and resilience through strong and respectful relationships by supporting people with Psychosocial Disability to live a full and contributing life. This support is designed to be able to maintain engagement through periods of increased support needs due to the episodic nature of mental illness.
At Insight Coordination, no job is too big or too small; and every outcome is achievable with the right coordinator by your side. Our mission is to provide accessible and quality coordination services that empower our participants, their families and carers, to lead a healthier and higher quality of life.
