Specialist Support Coordination is the highest level of support coordination. It is built for complex, high-risk situations where a plan involves serious barriers or many services at once, right across the Northern Territory.

At Insight Coordination, our specialist coordinators support participants with complex needs. That can include complex paediatric support, justice involvement or severe mental health and crisis situations.

We also work with kinship and custodial arrangements. Where a situation is unstable or high-risk, we bring structure and security to the supports around you.

The focus is on reducing risk and bringing complex systems into one clear plan. We coordinate health, housing and related services so they work together instead of pulling in different directions.

Specialist coordination is usually time-limited. We put long-term, goal-based structures in place, then help you move toward steadier, lower-intensity support as things stabilise.
